Last month, five individuals decided to stand up for the unjust actions and ethnic violence that have occurred in the San Francisco community under the jurisdiction of Police Chief Greg Suhr. These individuals, known as the Frisco 5, include Edwin Lindo, Sellassie Blackwell, Ike Pinkston, Ilych Sato and Maria Gutierrez. To support these individuals and to call for change, the Frisco 5 vowed to go on a hunger strike until Chief Greg Suhr resigns or is fired.

The hunger strikers are currently posted in front of the Mission Police Station at 630 Valencia Street San Francisco, CA. Until justice is served, the event will continue on.
