The Associated Students met Thursday with a meeting lasting until 5:47 p.m. that same day. Among agendas, new people were appointed onto the board and many returned, fulfilling the roles they had possessed before. Many things such as “unfinished business” were discussed, and mainly the impact of the current state budget and how it affects students statewide.

These students that may sit next to you in your English class, or maybe have waved “hi” to in the busy stairwells are the students of Skyline that have formed their own government inside our school. At these meetings they discuss art on campus, health and safety, academic senate, commencement comittee, things that are handed freely to students and have to be planned way in advance by these hard-working students.
