Congratulations to all the Skyline College Runners Club participants. I am proud to have been part of such a great group of outstanding students and teammates. Thank you for making this event so memorable. The most powerful and outstanding part of this experience was waiting with great anticipation for each runner to cross the finish line. This takes a great amount of courage and determination when the body wants to give up. 7.5 miles is no easy feat for first time runners. Thank you A.S.S.C for your support and encouragement. I look forward to the next event and raising the bar. Half marathon, 13.1 miles. The journey is the reward.
