Ingredients:
½ – 1 small yellow onion (depending on taste)
8 oz. Block cheddar cheese, cut up
1 can chopped olives
Mayonnaise
1 loaf cocktail rye bread
First place onion in food processor, coarsely chop. Then add cut up cheddar cheese and process until finely chopped. Stir in enough mayonnaise until creamy or until desired consistency is achieved. Stir in desired amount of olives.
Spread onto cocktail rye bread and then broil in oven until hot and bubbly.
