4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Eggs
1/2 Cup Milk
Breadcrumbs
4 Fresh Mozzarella Balls OR 4 slices Mozzarella or Provolone Cheese
Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 Can Pasta Sauce
1 Box Pasta of your choice
Salt and Pepper
Boil water and make the pasta, heat pasta sauce. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Crack eggs and add milk, mix together (a pie plate or shallow bowl works well). In a separate bowl, pour out breadcrumbs. Dunk chicken breasts into the milk & egg batter, then into the breadcrumbs. Coat well with breadcrumbs. Place the chicken breasts in a baking pan, bake on 375 for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes, depending on your oven. Check the chicken, it should be white all the way through. Remove from the oven, put cheese on top, and bake until the cheese melts. Drain the pasta, place on a plate with chicken and sauce on top. Sprinkle with shredded Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper to taste. (Serves 4)
