PG&E is going from door to door to every house in San Bruno tonight to be cautious after the disaster that took place Thursday evening.
The gas and electric company is not taking any chances after the high transmission gas line caused an internationally recognized incident. PG&E is sending inspectors to every home this evening to check for irregularities. The company is taking no chances in repeating the disaster.
If you live anywhere in San Bruno you should expect PG&E to show up and ask to check your utilities. PG&E has provided a phone number you should call if you smell gas in the area. The number you should call is: 1-800-PGE-5000
