Thumbs Down: Clowns
Clowns… if you’re not terrified of them, you’ve obviously never had to deal with a boozed up, child-fondling, middle aged man in a big, floofy pink wig and shoes three sizes too big. The fact that coulrophobia (fear of clowns) is a fairly widespread psychological abnormality suggests that perhaps there really is something to fear when it comes to these painted crazies. With folks like John Wayne Gacy, who used to hold children’s parties as Pogo the Clown and killed several boys and young men, how can you deny that there may be something much more sinister to this terrifying group of colorful laugh-addicts?

Thumbs Up: The McRib
Once in a blue moon McDonald’s brings out their best sandwich ever, the McRib. I don’t know why or how it is so tasty; it just is. But as tasty as it is, the sandwich is even rarer. All I know is that one of these bad boys is heaven in your mouth.

Thumbs down: Commercialization
I think I speak for all guys when I say retailers truly take advantage of the fact that showing up empty-handed on Valentine’s Day is practically a death sentence. I don’t mind being romantic, but $30 for a box of chocolates? Try to keep that in mind the next time your boyfriend lets you down.

Thumbs Up: Bowling
I have been bowling since I was five years old, and I have been so involved in the sport that my life would not even be remotely the same as it is now. The strange thing is that most people do not even consider bowling to be a sport. The truth is, there are so many little things that can affect your chances of striking. I love the sport of bowling, and I just wish it would get the recognition it deserves.

Thumbs Up: Dr. Pepper
It’s refreshing taste is unlike any other tasty beverage and that makes it better than any other soda.

Thumbs-Up: Blink-182 Reunion
It was bound to happen, and everyone called it, but it’s still nice to see them all together again. Here’s hoping the summer tour will be nice to the wallet.
