Q: What are your duties here on the Skyline View?A: I’m the editor for the features section of the paper. I layout the section, oversee the content. That’s about it.
Q: What is your favorite part of being on staff?A: Being on staff is my favorite part of being on staff. I feel like I’m part of something… big. This class is different; it doesn’t feel like a class really. I don’t know; journalism is exciting, I guess.
Q: Why should everyone read your section of the paper?A: What’s that? You want to go to on-campus events but you don’t know when they happen? The features section has an events calendar! Huh? You just want a little something to pass the time? The features section has puzzles, oh so fun puzzles! Oh? You to expand your vocabulary with archaic words and read up on obscure topics? The features section has a culture corner!
Q: What do you hope to accomplish after you move on from Skyline?A: After I move on from Skyline, I transfer to SFSU. This semester is supposed to be my last, but I’m having a hard time with my classes right now. I hope to accomplish actually moving on from Skyline this semester, not that there’s anything wrong with Skyline. Skyline’s great.
Q: What do you do with your free time?A: I do hobbies. I don’t have much free time really, work six days 3-9pm and school five days from around 8-2pm.
Q: What are your hobbies? A: I play a lot of video games. Oh, I also picked up a guitar during the break. I don’t know how to play yet, but I plan to learn when I have more free time. Right now I just pet it and caress it, let it know it’s appreciated. Know what I mean Sieger?
Q: What kind of music are you into?A: Why, I’m in to all types of music. Actually, that’s a lie. Not a fan of rap, now matter how hard I try to listen to the stuff.
Q: If you could be anywhere else right now, where would it be and why?A: I want to go back to the beginning of this semester, because I want to start over. Classes should come with reset buttons.
Q: If you had to be a superhero, who would you be and why?A: The Invisible Woman, because I’m kind of curious.
Q: Who would be the first person you’d call if you had just won the lottery?A: My mom. How am I supposed to answer this? I’m never winning the lottery.
Q: If the world was ending tomorrow, what would you do with the rest of today?A: If I knew it was ending tomorrow, I’d probably just go to sleep. I want to know why the world would end tomorrow. Kind of scary, what if the world was ending tomorrow?
Q: If you could meet any person from any period of time, who would it be and why?A: I would want to meet the guy who’s responsible for possibly ending the world tomorrow. I’d ask him, “Why you gotta?”
Q: Who are your heroes and why do you look up to them?A: Paul Sieger and Hiro, from Heroes. That’s a hero. I look up to them because they can both travel through time.
Q: What would you say you’re most passionate about?A: I used to think it was writing that had most of my passion, but lately my passion has been split between different things. I still like writing, but other things have attracted my passion.
Q: What do you think sets you apart from everyone else?A: My eyebrows. I’ve been told they’re massive. Someone also said “Your eyebrow is huge” one time, which I thought was kind of inappropriate don’t you think? Other than that, I’m pretty average.
