The Skyline View

Amber Wong
My name is Amber Wong and this will be my last semester at Skyline College. I'm planning to transfer to San Francisco State University in the Fall of this year as an English major, and I hope to obtain a teaching credential in the future. I really want to teach elementary school children because I like working with kids. Currently, I work as a swim instructor in San Bruno. I enjoy writing, and I also maintain a fictional online story. I joined The Skyline View in the Fall semester of 2015, because I wanted more experience as a writer and hoped that it would allow me to explore writing stories in a different angle. I think that joining the newsroom has been one of the best decisions I have ever made, and am glad to have met so many amazing people through staff.
