Sal Vance a giant source for points on the court

Averaging a double-double a game, he proves he towers over the competition

Sal Vance the sophomore small forward for Skyline's basketball team this past season has played exceptionally well. Vance has averaged a double-double per game even though his team finished under .500 6-18 (3-7) and he was one of the many sparks for the team.

Playoffs hopes dashed

For the first time in almost 20 years, Skyline's basketball team misses the playoffs

The last time a Skyline basketball team missed playoffs was the 1975-76 season. This season the basketball team finished the year 6-18 (3-7). This was the second season in school history that the team has won less than 10 games. The other season was Skyline's inaugural season in 1969-70 in which they finished 7-20.

Basketball team ends season with impressive win to close out this season on good note

It's been a tough season for the Skyline men's basketball team. The squad showed a lot of heart in the last game of the season against Chabot College on Feb. 20, pulling out an 88-83 victory on the road. This was the first road win for Skyline this season.
